Slave Ann starts out on the wrong foot with Rick Savage. He puts her right over the knee and starts spanking her. It's her birthday and she'll cry if she wants to. She is then bound in all directions and Savage uses her collar for a little bit of rope art. Oh torturous equipment. A set of thick chains adorns Slave Ann's body as she is in a precarious situation and a hell of a neck brace. But after some tit torture, whipping and a crowbar, she is on the cold floor awaiting orders.
